Continue shoppingWhat a wonderful idea for a product! Easy to set up, easy to use. For 17 and 1/2 years I have lived in a studio apartment with no tub. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to bathe again after that many years!! It took me that long to even think to look to see if something like this existed. I had gotten to the point of such desperation with the chronic health and pain issues I've been dealing with, that I finally got the idea recently to try bathing in a large plastic storage bin (very hard to drain without flooding my bathroom!!). Then I thought, there's got to be a better way... maybe something like a portable tub with an actual drain exists out there. Did a search on Amazon, and voila! Found this product. If only I'd thought to look a long time ago!! I am now happily making up for 17 and 1/2 years of lost bathing time. Also, this small family company provides excellent customer service. David, whom I've exchanged several emails with, is the company's Chief Happiness Officer, and he is doing his job well.:-) If you too are in an apartment with no tub, I'm sure you will also be very happy to finally be able to take a bath again. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.
I have plenty of showers in my house but no tub, unfortunately. My activity level requires me to soak my sore muscles with salts. Until I get around to a contractor... I purchased this tub to fit in my shower, fits great! So far I use it twice a week. It is great to have access to a tub for such a low price. It isn't DIY ready but it works! It is super easy to assemble and drains easily and you just flip it over to dry and store or keep it off to the side until the next use. Close the shower curtains and nobody knows it is there. If you need access to a tub quick and easy I highly recommend!
I live in a condo that contains two beautifully tiled showers but no bathtubs. I have really missed a nice, long soak in a tub. After reading the reviews, I decided to give the Homefilos a try. It was very easy to set up. The drain in my shower is centrally located so I set the tub next to it and did not even need to use the hose that is included to drain it. I was impressed with the depth of the tub. It truly has the feel of a Japanese ofuro. Once finished, I drained the tub, removed the side supports and air from the top chamber, dried it off and tucked it away until my next soak. Setting the tub up and breaking it back down to store took between 10 and 15 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product.
