1. Lavender Infused Salt Bath
- 1 cup of Epsom Salt
- 10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- Sprinkling of Lavender Flowers (optional)
2. Relaxing Geranium and Lavender Salt Bath
- 1/2 cup of Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup of Sea Salt
- 5 drops of Geranium Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Oil
3. Chamomile Calming Salt Bath
- 1 cup of Epsom Salt
- 1/2 cup of Chamomile (put this in a muslin bag if you don’t want to clean up the bathtub after your bath)
- 5 drops of Chamomile Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Oil
