Initially, I was hesitant to order this item. I live in a small appartment with a shower. I craved to take a bath like I used to when I was younger at my parent's place. It is easy to use, manual was very helpful and, additionally, the delivery was smooth as I never experienced before. I would recommend it to anyone who have a limited space. It is light and smaller than a backpack.

I loved that there is a drain plug at the bottom of this portable tub. My floor drain is right in the middle of the shower stall. I don't even need to use the hose. I just have to position the tubs floor plug right in the middle of the metal drain cover. When finished soaking or bathing and after stepping out of the tub, I just open the plug cover and the water slowly drains out! ...I realize that this may not work for everyone's shower area but I had to let you know that for some of us it is perfect! Most of the more expensive portable plastic tubs don't have this very convenient feature!

I have never had such amazing service from a company. I had difficulty with the design of the first bath because my shower enclosure didn't suit the plug placement. Not only did the company express their desire to satisfy my needs they also designed a bath that had a central plug hole which then fitted over the outlet in my shower and I was able to enjoy a warm bath instead of having only a shower for three years.I really appreciate the service and the effort they took on my behalf. Highly recommended.
